By placing an order through this Website, you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Stock availability

Subject to stock availability. Out of stock items cannot be added to cart and can be added once available in stock.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

Returns

Store Indus will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 21 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resell-able condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

Store Indus will refund the value of the goods returned, but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Delivery Terms

Transit time

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 12 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Free Shipping

We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia by ePacket or EMS and in USA by USPS.

Shipping To Over 200 Countries

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to.

Lost/Missing Packages

Store Indus is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.

Shipping time varies by location.

Max delivery time – 45 business days.

Tracking Information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipment tracking is not available.

My Tracking Says “No Information Available at The Moment”

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
